RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Unused merchandise purchased directly from Raceseng may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused and in excellent condition, in undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We recommend shipping via UPS. We will not accept C.O.D deliveries, nor can we replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

SENDING YOUR RETURN


If you are mailing an item back to us, first contact Raceseng for an RA#. Take a minute to tell us if you want an exchange or refund. Please include your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and what you would like to have happen.

Refused shipments are subject to a 10% handling fee and will be charged for the full price of shipping.
