The Box Stock Project cylinder head kit. We have gone through the painstaking process to bring you a top performing cylinder head for your box stock project engine. Everything that can legally be done to this head has been performed. From meticulously inspecting the valve seat, insuring the best fitment, to integrating specially formulated progressive valve springs for consistent spring pressure. Our BSP cylinder head kit meets the stringent rules and regulation within the AKRA Box Stock rules. This kit comes ready to install; included with the head are valves, progressive springs, valve seals and retainers. Fully blueprinted, all preparations are performed including valve seat and flow dynamics inspection.

The CHK1 customizable cylinder head kit uses a genuine Honda cylinder head with 24mm and 25mm stainless steel valves as the base. The cylinder head comes with meticulous hand porting of the intake and exhaust runners. We also port the short side radius to maximize flow for the 24mm and 25mm valves. The valve seats have a 4 angle valve job to maximize port velocity and improve valve sealing. The cylinder head kit is enhanced with your optional selection of Raceseng valve spring kits and head milling.

The CHK2 customizable cylinder head kit uses a genuine Honda cylinder head with a 28mm intake and 25mm exhaust stainless steel valves as the base. The cylinder head kit is enhanced with your optional selection of Raceseng valve spring kits and head milling. The CHK2 is a heavily modified head that offers better flow over any competitor's head with the same valves. We have machined each port to maximize flow for the 28mm intake and the 25mm exhaust without compromising the integrity of the head or valve guides. We replaced the intake valve seat with the 28mm valve seat and do a 4-angle valve job to maximize port velocity and valve seating. The intake and exhaust runners have been ported and massaged for optimal flow.

The CHK3 customizable cylinder head kit uses a genuine Honda cylinder head with a 32mm intake and 27mm exhaust stainless steel valves as the base. The CHK3 is a heavily modified head that offers the highest flow rates of any cylinder head kit. We have machined each port to maximize flow for the 32mm intake and the 27mm exhaust without compromising the integrity of the head or valve guides. We replaced the intake valve seat with the 32mm seat and a 27mm seat on the exhaust side. Both valve seats have a 4-angle valve job to maximize port velocity and valve seating. The final touch for this head came with unshrouding the combustion chamber around the 32mm intake valve. The cylinder head kit is enhanced with your optional selection of Raceseng valve spring kits and head milling.
