Use the Raceseng website to order any item shown. Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You can be assured that all transactions, transaction data to and from Raceseng is protected. We never share or sell your private information. All personal information is kept confidential.

ORDERING BY PHONE


Call us directly with @ 610.336.0206. Our staff is available Monday thru Friday 9 am -6 pm EST. Please have your order, shipping and billing information prepared before you call.

ORDERING BY EMAIL


All email orders should be sent to sales@raceseng.com. Please include your name, billing and shipping address, phone, credit card number, expiration and security code. Please specify description and quantity. You will receive an email confirmation the following business day confirming your order, shipping and tracking information.

DOMESTIC ORDER PAYMENTS


Discover, Master Card, Visa and Paypal are accepted. Money orders & certified checks are accepted on a prepay basis. No COD on retail sales unless previously approved.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PAYMENT


International order payments are taken through Paypal. Send an email to sales@raceseng.com including your name, address (billing and mailing if different),day and evening phone. Please specify part number, description and quantity. Upon receiving your order email we will send you an invoice, please pay the invoice by sending a paypal payment to jarrett@raceseng.com

CANCELLATIONS


If you have placed an order with us and decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

PRICING

All prices shown are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Due to fluctuations in currency and rapidly increasing material costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice. All published prices do not include shipping and handling charges. Sales tax applicable on all Pennsylvania purchases unless a valid PA Tax Exempt Certificate is provided prior to purchase. Raceseng cannot guarantee the availability of products.

SHIPPING


Most orders received will be shipped within 24 hours. We currently use UPS as our default shipping company. With UPS, you can specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, or Ground domestically. FedEx and USPS services also available upon special request. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight of your order and carry a $5 material and handling fee. If you supply an email address, you will be notified of the total order cost and shipping details.

DAMAGED PACKAGING


Extreme care goes into the handling and packaging of each Raceseng product. If a package appears damaged on arrival, report the damage to the driver immediately and have the driver acknowledge the damage as well. Ask the driver to note that the package is damaged. If product/s appear damaged after opening, contact the carrier immediately. Save all packaging as best as possible for a claim inspection. UPS Claims 800.742.5877
