RETURNS \ CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things happen, we buy stuff online too... We are here to make the return process as painless as possible. Please follow the guidelines in our return and cancellation policy below.


RETURN POLICY
This policy is ONLY applicable to products purchased at Raceseng.com. If you purchased one of our products through a dealer, you must go through them to process any returns.

Raceseng believes in making your return experience fast and simple! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to Raceseng.

If we sent you an incorrect (not the product you ordered) or defective item and you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will replace the product and process your return at no charge. Incomplete orders or damaged orders must be reported within 72 hours to avoid return shipping fees. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item is used or installed.

If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Raceseng reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.


ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
> We only accept returns on items that are in new and resellable condition and within 30 days of the original purchase
> The returned item can't be installed, assembled or modified in any way
> Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
> Personalized Items (custom engraved or anodized)
> Blem items



RETURN PROCEDURE

STEP 1 | SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
Email us at returns@raceseng.com within 30 days of receiving your order with the following information:

> Name
> Order #
> Reason For Return

We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your return. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition.


STEP 2 | SHIP THE ITEM BACK
After receiving the RMA number, ship the item back to Raceseng using the following shipping information below. Make sure you carefully package the product using our original packaging. If the item is damaged from being improperly packaged, we will not process your refund.

When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of an Raceseng employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.


STEP 3 | GET REFUNDED
We will inspect the returned item for any issues or damages upon receipt. Once the product is approved for a refund, you will receive the refund within 48 hours.


UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

If you return a product without following the return procedure steps, it will take up to 3 weeks to be processed and we may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.


CANCELLING AN ORDER

We charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover our labor to facilitate and communicate the cancellation and recoup the cost of the credit card processing fee.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product please contact us within our 30 day return policy period, and we will process your return free of shipping charges. Contact info@raceseng.com to process your return.

Raceseng is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.



DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please call or email us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a UPS/USPS claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because the shipping carrier will need to inspect the items. A UPS or USPS representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return.



UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
